FAE Analytics
An AI bookkeeper that helps small business owners understand their own numbers. We built the product, the dashboards, and the AI behind them.
FAE turns complex accounting into plain-language insight. Live dashboards cover revenue, expenses, net profit, and cash flow, and an “Ask FAE” assistant explains what moved and why, so an owner does not need an accountant on the phone to understand their own month.
Our part was the build itself: the dashboards, the data handling, and the assistant that sits on top of them.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
Founders and leadership teams at small and mid-sized businesses, across professional services, retail, hospitality, real estate, and beyond. The common thread is wanting to grow deliberately rather than by guesswork.
Do I have to take the whole thing?
No. Building and process work are scoped separately, so you can take either on its own. Plenty of jobs start as a look at how something currently works and turn into a build once it is clear what is worth building.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, but most engagements run from a few weeks to a few months. You get a timeline before we start, and it is not open ended.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We are based in Barbados and work with clients wherever they are. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared documents, with in-person where it genuinely helps.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to the work rather than sold off a shelf. Tell us what you are trying to do and you will get a written proposal with the number in it, at no cost and no obligation.
